CSRG emergency call out procedure

< A search is truly an emergency >

CSRG is available to assist official agencies with searches for lost persons, Search Management, Cave Rescue, Disaster Assistance, Severe Weather Spotting, Emergency Communications, etc.

Contact CSRG by calling our Cell at 618-920-3748 or 618-670-8896.

Use these means whether you want to activate CSRG for a mission, to put CSRG on Standby for a Mission or to inquire whether CSRG would be suitable and available for your situation.

When you call, please have available the following information:

Phone number to reach you or the search manager (Call Back Number).

Name of the Incident Commander or a Point of Contact for reporting in.

Approximate location of the search & Incident Command Post (nearest town or other major landmark, name of the county & state of the incident).

Short description of the type of search (missing person, Cave Rescue, Disaster, etc.).

Description of the current weather conditions at the scene (now & when the incident happened).

Place and time the subject was last seen, if known.

Short description of the subject's characteristics (age, health condition, etc.).

Map Coordinates (if available)

Approximate size of the area(s) to be searched.

A CSRG representative will call you back as soon as possible.

CSRG is also available for searches outside Southwestern Illinois & east central Missouri. You should make arrangements for Air transportation of our team for live person searches more than 200 miles from ST. Louis, MO.

There is never a charge for CSRG services, Although tax deductible donations are greatly appreciated.
